Introducing the selection of weekly runs that Celtic Harriers organizes to keep you running strong. There are 4 to 6 informal ‘average pace’ groups, each with an experienced group leader to cater for different speeds. We cater for all runners, from the slowest at a pace of 7:00 min/km to the fastest at a pace of 4:45 min/km. Each group has a leader who will be announced at the start of each run. Stick to the group’s running speed. This will enable you to become familiar with your pace and enhance your training. For your own safety, please adhere to the group leader’s instructions at all times, respect motorists, pedestrians and the rules of the road. You do not need to wear Club running colors on Club runs. However, it is imperative that you wear light-colored clothing and reflective gear on dark winter evenings.
