Join Our Weekly Trail Runs
Our routes focus on maintaining a running pace (minimum pace 6min/km) rather than scrambling or climbing along highly technical trails. While we do encounter some uneven terrain and occasional technical sections, our emphasis remains on gravel paths, jeep tracks, and wider trails. Expect invigorating climbs and undulations to keep those leg muscles engaged. Our loops often wind through stunning locales including Constantia Nek, Cecilia Forest, Kirstenbosch, Newlands Forest, Devil’s Peak, Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, and Signal Hill. Join us for a fulfilling blend of scenic exploration and camaraderie!
Please note: Trail runs are open to Club members and non-Club members, even though they are organised under the auspices of Celtic Harriers. For your own safety, please adhere to the group leader’s instructions, stay in your group and do not run ahead of your group leader.
